PACI will ensure that there is strict compliance with the preventive health measures set up to limit the spread of coronavirus. With regards to the ‘Kuwait Mobile ID’ application, the authority released a circular about the application to the Central Bank of Kuwait requesting approval to use the mobile ID in banking transactions. The application has not received approval as valid for travel as the process governing the entry and exit from Kuwait International Airport is under the supervision of the Interior Ministry. • The daily reports that the children below five years old and domestic workers are among the groups that will not be able to avail of a digital Civil ID.
