This is a 61 year old pastor who has been enduing horrible low back pain, bilateral radiculopathy as well as worsening leg pain and weakness when going up and down stairs. He has had previous laminectomies in the past but has recurring symptoms. Therefore, we have decided his best option is a Minimally Invasive Hemilaminectomy at L3-4, a MIS TLIF at L4-5 and L5-S1.
