Baby Back Ribs using the 3-2-1 Method on a Char-Broil water smoker. • More information can be found here: • http://mikelilley.com/2017/10/28/mike... • Here is my recipe for pork rub..... • 1/3 cup paprika • 1/4 cup brown sugar • 3 TB black pepper • 2 TB kosher salt or sea salt • 1 TB turbinado sugar • 1 TB garlic powder • 1 tsp cumin powder • 1 tsp coriander powder • 2 tsp dry mustard • 1 tsp white pepper • 1 tsp thyme • If I were only smoking pork for myself I would add some additional flavor to satisfied my palate. CAUTION - cayenne pepper goes a long way, don't use too much. When having guests over, I would scale back or eliminate these spices... • 1 tsp cayenne pepper • 1 tsp dark chili powder
