However, the Greek version includes layers of meat and eggplant topped with a Bechamel (white) sauce, and baked.” • ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- • Prep Time | Cook Time | Total Time • ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- • 1 hour 30 mins 1 h 30 mins • ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- • Cuisine: Greek • Serves: 9 • Difficulty: Not too tricky • ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- • Ingredients • ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- • 1 tbsp of Coconut oil • Breadcrumbs • Microwave fried potatoes ( • Microwave potato chips ) • Baked eggplant ( • Baked eggplant (aubergine) ) • Vegan lentil mince ( • Vegan lentil mince ) • Vegan Bechamel ( • Vegan bechamel sauce ) • Vegan cheese • ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- • Method • ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- • 1.
