This is Madonna: The Virgin Tour Live (07JL-38105), featuring Madonna and her crew during their very first tour. This recording was made at the Cobo Arena (now TCF Center) in Detroit, Michigan on May 25th, 1985, just 6 months after her Like A Virgin album hit store shelves. • This live recording was a massive hit upon it's original release on VHS, Betamax, LaserDisc in the mid-1980's, winning sales awards all over the place. It is easy to see why; Madonna's voice is rock solid and she her performers have tons of energy.
