We are out and about in the garden today. I noticed... OH NO! The Rhubarb is bolting! • When your rhubarb starts to flower (or bolt) you can choose to let this happen. IT WILL NOT DAMAGE OR KILL YOUR PLANT. However, it will slow productivity of your harvest.
