This mod involves removing pole pieces to make them take on a more single coil character. The great thing with this mod is that is leaves the second coil active as a dummy coil, which gives you hum cancelling single coil sounds. • This is a great, and easy way to unlock some new sounds in your Filtertron loaded guitars without needed to do a pickup swap! • In the video I am using the Shergold Guitars Telstar which is plugged into the Blackstar Studio 10 6L6 which is running via the Two Notes Torpedo Captor X.
