After seeing Bethesda's perk loadout for The Ghoul from the Fallout show on Amazon Prime, I knew I had to step in. Bullet shield is a heavy gunner perk, my guy. It got me thinking what WOULD the build look like in Fallout 76? I know a few people have uploaded their versions, and I thought I show my take on the build. I go over perks, mutations, armor, buffs, and show exciting and gripping gameplay that is sure to astound and amuse. Let me know if you want to see other builds from the show!
