Oeschinen Toboggan Alpine Slide

The toboggan slide at Oeschinen, Kandersteg, Switzerland. • Went to Oeschinensee this Summer 2016 and had a go on the toboggan slide. When you get off the cable car, its just on the left of the station. They will ask you beforehand leave your bags at the entrance and not bring any loose items. • The ride starts off with you being ferried up the hill at a bit of an incline so try not to fall off! Then when you reach to the top your free to speed down the hill. You can you control the speed with the lever: push forward to accelerate and pull to break. They suggest you to slow down at the turns, probably to avoid flying off the edge! When you reach the end of the ride, be careful when getting off because there could be more people coming up behind you at speed. • It was 4 CHF for adults and 3CHF for children, but they've increased it to 5 and 4 CHF respectivly.
