This is about how to season cast iron. We are seasoning a new cast iron griddle that came with our new GE Cafe' range. it looks like the griddle has a factory seasoning on it but I have found that the factory seasoning on cast iron is really not sufficient. After seasoning our cast iron it will cook better and the non stick properties will get better and better with time and how much you use it. #castironseasoning #griddle
