Howto Rebuild a Marvel Schebler Carburetor ― Teardown

This video shows how-to rebuild a Marvel Schebler TSX312 (B Version). All of the TSX carbs are very similar so get a carburetor rebuild kit that will accommodate all of them. In the video, I soak the entire carb in Berryman Chem-Dip Parts Cleaner (link below) before opening it up. That way I didn't have to fight with stuck screws and other parts. After the soak, I tore the carb down, soaked it 24 more hours, then cleaned the passages with spray carb cleaner. • I also filed the faces flat as they were pretty dinged up, and I took a tap and die to the studs and stud holes as they were a bit goobered-up.
