You can switch the ground beef out with steak if desired. • Try this fun Meatball recipe next:    • The BEST Italian Meatball Sliders   • You can support my channel here • Buy Me a Coffee: • https://www.buymeacoffee.com/wexalo​ • Philly Cheesesteak Casserole • Ingredients: • 1/2 pound pasta (I used rotini) • 1-1/2 pound ground beef • 8 ounces cream cheese • 1/2 onion sliced • 1 bell pepper sliced • 9 slices Provolone Cheese • 1/2 cup Sour Cream • 1/2 cup beef broth • 2 Tbs oil or butter for sautéing • 2-3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce • 1 teaspoon salt • 1 teaspoon garlic powder • 1 teaspoon onion powder • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to your taste) • 2 teaspoons Italian Blend Seasoning • 1 cup sliced Mushrooms • 2 slices bread • 2 Tbs butter melted (for topping) • Instructions: • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. • Spray a 9 x13 baking dish with oil. • Cook pasta according to package direction, but cut short the cooking time by 4 minutes. Drain and place in baking dish, set to the side. • In a skillet on med/high heat 1 Tablespoon oil or butter add mushrooms and season with some of the salt, pepper, Italian herbs, garlic and onion powder. Sauté mushrooms until tender. Place in a bowl, set aside. • Add another Tablespoon of oil or butter to skillet, add onions and season the same as the mushrooms. Sauté for a couple minutes, add bell peppers and sauté for another minute or two. Place in a bowl, set aside. • Place ground beef in skillet and break up with a spoon or spatula. Season with the rest of the dry seasoning including red pepper flakes. Once browned all the way through, remove grease. Add cream cheese (cut into chunks), Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Stir until halfway melted. Add sour cream and stir until melted and well blended. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. • Add back the mushrooms, onions and peppers. Stir until blended. • Pour mixture over the pasta evenly. • Place Provolone cheese slices on top of mixture. • Bake for 20 minutes. • In a food processor, place torn up pieces of bread and process until they are fine bread crumbs. Melt 2 Tablespoons butter and add 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and Italian seasoning blend. Stir together and drizzle into breadcrumbs and blend for 20 seconds more. • After the 20 minutes of baking, pull out of oven and place breadcrumbs over top evenly. • Bake for 10 more minutes or until breadcrumbs become crispy. • Serve it up and enjoy! • #casserole #easyrecipes #quickmeals
