Aston Martin Vanquish S testing on the Nürburgring

On the 11th of April 2014 we spied an undisguised Aston Martin Vanquish being tested on the infamous Nürburgring Nordschleife. It's unknown what Aston Martin is testing with this particular car, but a quick license plate check indicated that the car was only recently registered, namely on the 16th of January 2014. Would Aston Martin be testing some technology for a possible Vanquish S?
