Bermuda Lawn EP5 Seeding

Seeding day finally arrived; daily temps averaging 80+ and soil temps averaging more than 65. I am seeding with STA-Green Bermudagrass from Lowe’s. The Sta-Green (Pennington) seed blend consists of Mohawk and Sultan FMC-6, both similar to Sahara II. Mohawk is more cold tolerant, and may be able to provide year-round green in my coastal climate. I plan to mow around 1/2 year round on the Bermuda, subscribe to see how I plan to do that. • *Note- at 7:08 I mention the use of Tenacity or Quinclorac at seeding. Tenacity is not labeled safe for use on Bermudagrass, it was mentioned for those who may seed cool season grasses such as Kentucky Bluegrass. However, Quinclorac is labeled as safe for Bermudagrass seeding and seedlings.
