In this video I will show you the process of upgrading your non cruise control equipped 2005-2011 Crown Victoria P71 or P7B to factory cruise control. You will need a new steering wheel that has the cruise control switches. You will then have to take your car to a dealer or flash the computer yourself like I did in this video.
