The secret, it's right on the box. It's the Speed-Set Method. Following the directions, melt the Jell-O in a little water. Take a Pyrex measuring cup, filled with ice cubes and, instead of more water, I use half Vodka, half Everclear. You mix the cold alcohol into the warm Jell-O, pour it into, not those rigid plastic cups, but soft little paper souffle cups. So when they're set you can take them, give 'em a little squeeze, the Jell-O pops out the top, it's perfect for toasting and delicious too.
