Chinese Crispy Beef Recipe (Stir Fried Spicy Crispy Beef) • Welcome to Xiao's Kitchen. My name is Xiao Wei, ever since my Mother taught me how to cook at an early age, I have always had a strong passion for Cooking. My family still live in Inner Mongolia in the northern part of China, where I visit each year and pick-up new Asian/Chinese recipes. • Ingredients: • 300g Beef Fillet • 2 Spring Onions • 2 Cloves Garlic • 1cm Ginger • 20 Coriander Stems • 1 Tsp Coarse Black Pepper • 1 Red Chilli Pepper • 4 Tbsp Cornflour • 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds • 2 Tbsp Clear Honey • Salt to your taste • Methods: • 1. Finely slice the ginger, garlic, spring onions and chilli. • 2. Cut the coriander stems into 1 inch in length. • 3. Slice the beef into thin threads, place into a mixing bowl and toss with cornflour • 4. Heat 1 litre of oil in the wok until smoking hot • 5. Deep fry the beef for 8 - 10 minutes until crispy, remove and drain. • 6. Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in the wok • 7. Add ginger, garlic, chilli and black pepper, fry for few seconds. • 8. Add beef, salt and honey, fry for few seconds. • 9. Add sesame seeds, spring onion, coriander and toss all together. • 10.
