The Eadie-Hofstee and Hanes plots is also the based on Michealis menten equation but in these two plot few variables has been multiplied. This is to overcome the following three drawback of Lineweaver plot: • When the slop increases in Lineweaver plot then the calculation of -1/Km value became difficult. As on extension of the graph towards – X axis may go beyond the graph paper. • This plot do not focused on lower concentration of substrate. • Deviation or departure from linearity • To over come this two plot was plotted: • 1. Eadie-Hofstee plot- devised by George Eadie and Barend Hofstee • In this the Lineweaver plot was multiplied by V0Vmax. On rearrangement of the equation following will be the result: • 𝑉0=−πΎπ‘š⋅V0/[𝑆0] +π‘‰π‘šπ‘Žπ‘₯ • 2. Hanes plot - devised by Charles Hanes • In this the Lineweaver plot was multiplied by S0. On rearrangement of the equation following will be the result: • 1/𝑉0 =π‘˜π‘š/𝑉max ⋅1/[𝑆0] +1/Vmax • Lineweaver plot:    • Lineweaver-Burk plot
