Serve myths debunked: Former Top 100 ATP Pro, Jeff Salzenstein, is exposing 3 common myths that could be crippling your serve potential. Most players make at least 1 of these 3 mistakes... Do you? https://goo.gl/YD49rG • Earlier this week I emailed a lot of you about an amazing strength and conditioning program called Show Go developed by one of the top strength and conditioning experts in the world, Eric Cressey. One tennis training tip I can give you is to work with Cressey if you get the chance. • Heck, his 170+ video exercise library alone (and there is so much more in his program) is PURE GOLD, it's really game changer and there is a tennis training tip in almost every video. • I did receive an email from a guy who really questioned Eric and me about if we were qualified to give a tennis training tip or 2 to players and coaches. • No worries, it's all good, but it got me thinking...I would love to get your opinion on this...Here's the email. • • ******************************************************** • Date: Fri, 28 Oct 2011 12:45:27 -0400From: Raudel • Subject: The Greatest. • To: [email protected]'s a bold statement about Eric • What's his background working • With tennis players ? • Can he even play tennis ? What makes you the expert in Fitness trainers or even Plyometric training. • I think your starting • To blow it. Stick with • The Forehand. Talk • About how the crosscourt and how • and why it's a Lefty's • Best Shot. • ********************************************************* • Like I said, I need your opinion on Raudel's email above above AND your opinion about me and what I offer as a tennis coach. • Honestly, I don't care much about the personal attacks on me. I now there will be haters. • Now let me answer your questions for Raudel • 1) Eric actually has a strong background in tennis and is a true fan of the sport. He is a former ranked junior tennis player who became an elite powerlifter in his 20′s. Eric knows tennis and better yet knows how the human body works to help tennis players and all athletes achieve optimal performance in their chosen sport. • 2) I am in expert in fitness and plyometrics because I spent years sifting through all the crap and nonsense out there. And I still see a ton of crap out there today that is really hurting players. But it gets better...if I don't know have an answer to fitness or plyometric training, I can call on a number of experts in my close network to help me with a program. Eric is right at the top of the list in that department. • 3) Finally, I won't just do forehands. I have too much to share about how to help players and coaches on court and off court with their tennis training. I feel confident I can help players and other coaches that have open minds to learning new and more efficient ways to play tennis. I have a ton of experience in the fields of mental toughness, nutrition, fitness, injury prevention and much, much more. • And I am ready to help as many players a possible. What I want to know from the readers of this blog and from those who have purchased my stuff and attended my events... • Should I stop sharing my network of experts with you that I know can help you with your tennis. • .-Should I stay in the box and just teach forehands?I really would love your opinion on this... am I off base in what I'm sharing with the tennis world?Tell me what you think below... • All comments are welcome. • Jeff Salzenstein • •    • *Tennis Training Tip* | Eric Cressey ...   • Subscribe to Tennis Evolution for more videos: https://bit.ly/38gnLN0 • Best Tennis Training Videos ➤ https://bit.ly/3oU5XEe • Best Tennis Tips ➤ https://bit.ly/3CjpEZd • Online Tennis Lessons ➤ https://bit.ly/3N0l32W
