Beginners guide to solo bitcoin and litecoin mining using cgminer and bfgminer

Newbie guide for those who want to try solo bitcoin and litecoin mining, using bfgminer and cgminer. The config files shown in the video are available in the readme or example files of the mining folder, but some of them won't be. For the rpcuser etc it's just a case of typing into a regular txt file and renaming it to a .conf file. Make sure you download the latest version of cgminer (I have noticed the 3.8 version doesn't work well with scrypt, but unsure if it has been completely unsupported, I just use 3.6.6) and bfgminer or it's likely to fail.
