Olive can • Here is the recipe in detail: • For 4 people • TOTAL TIME: 60 mins • Preparation: 10 mins • Cooking time: 50 mins • Ingredients : • 1 Can of approximately 1.5 kg • 300 g pitted green olives • 80 g Butter • 1 tbsp. teaspoon Sugar • 1 tbsp. tbsp Huike • 15 cl white wine • 2 stalks of celery • 2 Bay leaf • 1 pinch Salt • Pepper • Step 1: Heat the oil with 20 g of butter in a casserole dish. • Salt and pepper the can.
