If it turns out I don't completely embarrass myself, who knows, maybe more soulslike games are in my future! ⚔️ • Our journey began with a humble tutorial, where I got the lowdown on basic crab controls - moving, jumping, blocking - but what's a crab without a snazzy shell? I found myself a trusty soda can to shield my vulnerable crabby body from potential attacks. 🥤 • But the real adventure kicked off when I stumbled upon some fishing line. This nifty gadget let me cast a line at nearby nets, turning me into the crab equivalent of a Tarzan! As I hopped around like an MLG Pro, I took on a few fellow crabs to get used to the controls. Easy peasy, right? Well, things got spicy when I met a crab master of dodging. That giant cotton swab and bottle cap helmet combo proved a tough nut to crack. 🥜 • I may have had a few clumsy tumbles off the map dodging those moves, but practice makes perfect, and soon enough, I was dodging like a pro and showing that crab who's boss! Not to mention, I discovered the nifty trick of munching on heartkelp pods to patch up my crabby wounds. ❤️‍🩹 • As we crawled on, I stumbled upon a fishing rod for some quick shortcuts and even traded my soda can for a shot glass. The shot glass wasn't just stylish; it had this cool ability called Shards that summoned glass spikes. I also got my claws on a Sponge, which boosted my umami regeneration when I attacked. 🧽 • But my shot glass was a bit fragile, and I faced a fair bit of reincarnation. So, back to my trusty soda can with its Depressurize shell spell ability. One glorious battle later, a defeated crab dropped a bottle cap, which piqued my curiosity. How would it compare to my earlier shells? 🐚 • I even got my claws on some unique gear, like the Anemone and the Siphonosphore, each with their quirks and perks. But the real gem was the Status screen, where I could deck out my crab with all these sweet adaptations and stowaways. Then there was that skill tree, but I was a bit short on crystals for the first upgrade. 💎 • I also found a Heartkelp Sprout, boosting my heartkelp pod inventory. Now, we have to talk about my shiny new Party Hat shell, both stylish and safe. But hold on to your claws, because unknowingly, I dropped into a boss battle with the Polluted Platoon Pathfinder. This colossal crab meant business, wielding a trashbag shell and a glass bottle weapon. 🦀 • The fight was an epic struggle. I bit the dust more times than I can count, but with each defeat, I learned a bit more. It took every trick in the crab book – Depressurize, dodging, jumping, and strategic healing – but I finally triumphed! 🙌 • Then, boom! The demo ended, leaving me craving more.
