It's like my brain doesn't want to shut off at all. I know prescription medication is the key. I have gotten some of my best sleep from it...but I don't enjoy just spontaneously falling asleep and waking up the following mornings not remembering anything. I have gone months of no caffeine. I don't eat after a certain hour. I don't exercise after a certain hour. I turn everything off at night. Sleep with white noise (a fan blowing).
