The Golfer’s Elbow test is used to help diagnose medial epicondylitis, more commonly referred to as golfer’s elbow. • How to Perform Golfer’s Elbow Test • Performance: To perform the Golfer’s Elbow test, the examiner should palpate the medial epicondyle with one hand and passively supinate the patient’s forearm while extending the elbow and wrist fully. • How to Interpret Golfer’s Elbow Test • Positive Finding: The test is considered positive if the patient experiences pain over the medial epicondyle during the exam, suggesting symptoms of golfer’s elbow or medial epicondylitis. • Test Accuracy / Reliability / Evidence: • Not available • Source: Wallmann, H.
