(Recipe ⬇️) • *Ingredients* • 400g tuna • 2 tbsp soy sauce • 1 lime, juiced • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp garlic powder • Pinch of salt • Freshly ground black pepper • Neutral oil for frying • 10-12 Tortillas • Guacamole, and pickled onions for serving • Note: Recipes for pickled onions, guacamole, and homemade tortillas can be found on my channel. • *Instructions* • 1. Cut the tuna into 1cm cubes and set aside. • 2. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade. • 3. Add the diced tuna to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. • 4. Heat neutral oil in a deep pot to 180°C (360°F). Ensure the oil is at least 2cm deep. • 5. Remove the tuna from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels. • 6. Carefully fry the tuna in small batches for 30-45 seconds, until crispy. • 7. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the fried tuna to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. • 8. To assemble, spread guacamole on a tortilla, top with crispy tuna pieces, and garnish with pickled onions. • Enjoy! • #tuna #tacos #guacamole #mexican
