Delicious savory crepes without milk and eggs: • Ingredients: • 3 cups of all-purpose flour • 4 and 1/2 cups of water • 2 tsp salt • 2 tbsp olive oil • Assorted greens (such as parsley, spring onion, spinach, etc.) • 1 cup of crushed feta or mozzarella cheese • Avocado oil (for frying) • Instructions: • 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, water, salt, and olive oil. Mix well until you have a smooth, liquidy dough. • 2. Prepare the filling by chopping the assorted greens and mixing them with the crushed feta cheese in a separate bowl. • 3. Heat a crepe pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil. • 4.
