Ukraine reports major increase in Russian air attacks

Ukrainian officials confirmed Tuesday that Russian airstrikes destroyed a military academy in the eastern town of Poltava, killing more than 50 people. It appears to be one of the deadliest strikes carried out by Russia since it began its invasion over two years ago.
