One of the most common faults of a Pajero is the flashing CDL light. In this case, it starts fine. shifts between 2H and 4H with no issues. However after driving for 20 mins on 2H, the CDL will start flashing indicating a fault in the super select 4wd system. • In most cases this is caused by a bad Free Wheel solenoid especially if the Pajero is mostly driven on 2H. • So i replaced the solenoid. But it did not solve the problem. • Further inspection revealed a deformed differential actuator. This is when the skid plate got bent after hitting a hard surface during off-roading and it pushed against the actuator. • Actuator replaced, and problem solved. • #diyprojects • #pinoypajeroclubuae • #pajerosuperselect4wd
