This Pretzel Bread is my favorite bread and I love its soft texture! • Please find below the Pretzel Bread recipe and if you want to see more don't forget to subscribe! • Follow me: • Twitter:   / secretintheoven   • Facebook: https://goo.gl/W2hk8e • Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/secretsinth... • Pinterest:   / secretsintheove   • Ingredients for Pretzel Dough: • • 350ml/ 1 ½ cup Warm Water • • 7g/ 2 tsp Dry Yeast • • 3 tbsp Brown Sugar • • 2 tbsp Melted Butter • • 500g/ 3½ cups All-Purpose Flour • • 1 tsp Salt • Ingredients for boiling solution: • • 1.75 l/ 7 cups Boiling Water • • 150g/10 tbsp Baking Soda • Step 1: • In a bowl add the warm water, the dry yeast and 3 tablespoons of brown sugar. Stir until well combined and then, let it rest for about 3 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of melted butter and then it's time to add the flour. • Step 2: • At first add 200g all-purpose flour and stir until the flour is incorporated. Add another 200g of flour and continue stirring. Season with 1 teaspoon of salt, stir, and then add the rest of the flour in 2 steps, 50 grams at a time. In case the dough is too sticky, add more flour. • Step 3: • Knead the dough until it has an elastic texture. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size. • Step 4: • The next step is to form the pretzel bread. • Step 5: • Meanwhile we need to prepare the boiling solution: combine the boiling water with the baking soda. Boil the bread for 30 seconds on each side. Remove it from pot using a slotted spoon and place it on a baking sheet. • Step 6: • Immediately use a knife to cut a small incision on the top of the bread so the dough has somewhere to expand and sprinkle coarse sea salt over the bread to your taste. Cook the bread for 3 minutes at 220°C and then reduce the temperature to 190°C for 30 minutes. Grease the bread with melted butter! • Bon Appetit!
