Salmon Fishing the South Fork of the Salmon River. • Part 2 of 3. Scott, Dustin and his eleven year old son Cole are back after some hard fighting salmon on the South Fork of the Salmon in late June, 2016. In the first half of the video. Scott will be showing you how we tie up our rigs and what we use for bait. From hook size, line weight to yarn colors and how much yarn we like to use. Then you will see a short snippet of some crazy rafters dodging boulders in the wild South Fork and then back to the salmon action!! Then you'll see Dustin's eleven year old son hook into his very first South Fork salmon and the agony of losing that fish to some sweet redemption on landing and releasing his first native salmon EVER!
