Cornerstone Care is a non-profit network of Community Health Centers serving communities throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania and Northern West Virginia. Our mission is to improve the health of our patients and the residents of our community with special concern for the underserved. • We offer medical, dental, vision, psychiatry and counseling, chiropractic, podiatry, and family planning services on a sliding fee scale, based on a patient’s income and ability to pay.
