HEAVY-DUTY AUTOMATIC UPCUT ALUMINUM CUTTING MITER SAW 16-1/2″ (420 MM) • In this tutorial, How To Use An Upcut Saw for Cutting Aluminum Extrusions, I’ll share everything you need to get the job done right. • The heavy-duty Upcut Saws are designed for accurate, fast, and safe fabrication cutting aluminum extrusions. The saw blade remains inside a safety guard until the cut is made. Our up cut saws can be used used for both miter and straight cuts. • SPECIFIC FEATURES • Heavy-duty construction for long machine life. • Hydro-pneumatic saw blade feed. • The movable back fence enables us to cut bigger profiles both straight and miter cut. • When the cutting process is finished the saw blade moves down to its starting point automatically. • If the top guard is opened during the cutting process, the saw blade moves down automatically for safety reasons. • Fixed angle adjustments at 15°, 22.5°, 30°, 45°, and 90° via lock pin. • Intermediate angles are adjusted via a mechanical stop • Be sure to watch till the end to get all my best tips for using an upcut saw to cut aluminum extrusion profiles. • • What did you think about this tutorial?
