This video will show you how to seal your shower without removing the tiles. Using Shower Plug, it’s an easy DIY solution that only requires a simple brush-on application. Shower Plug is a clear brush-on solution using breakthrough sealant technology that waterproofs tiles and grout in showers. • In the video, we demonstrate the difference between an untreated and treated shower wall. Notice how water beads up on the surface after an application of Shower Plug has been cured. • How Shower Plug works: • Shower Plug penetrates the surface and chemically bonds with it to form an invisible, water-repellent barrier. This effect lasts 10 years and will not be worn away from usage. • Application Steps: • 1. Preparation: Clean and Repair the Surface • Clean any dirt and mould then allow to dry. • Any cracks in the tiles and grout greater than a hairline must be repaired using regular grout. • Allow the repair grout to dry. • Any cracks less than a hairline will be sealed by Shower Plug alone. • • 2. Application of Shower Plug • Apply an even coat of Shower Plug covering the entire surface area. • Wait 5 mins and then repeat this process. • Wait another 5 mins and then wipe away any excess. • Tip: complete the wall application first then do the floor. • 3.
