This is a 13 year old male who fell awkwardly at school onto his left knee and was unable to ambulate after. He was unable to extend his knee against gravity. His XR and CT showed a tibial tubercle avulsion fracture, which is equivalent to a salter harris 3. On ultrasound, the tibial tubercle fracture is quite obvious in both the short and long axis. At the end, the unaffected knee is also scanned for comparison. • Tibial Tubercle Avulsion Fracture • https://wikism.org/Tibial_Tubercle_Av... • SportsMedReview: Knee Pain • https://www.sportsmedreview.com/by-jo...
