PALLET CHIEF II 4848 Pallet Nailing System with Deluxe Stacker • (PE-010872) • Direct link to listing: https://www.exfactory.com/Detail/PE-0... • Complete Pallet Assembly System in-line stacking unit for production of pallets sized from 30 x 30 up to 48 x 48 . • Designed for: • 1-Man operation, minimal setup time, rugged design. - Production capacity of 300-400 pallets/shift. • Uses (4) Heavy Duty pneumatic nail guns (CN70PAL) mounted on a carriage. Operator pulls the carriage forward, and it moves over adjustable pins linked to a sensor. The sensor activates the nail guns, which use collated nails, (9,000) nail cap. minimizes reloading. • Assembly Station: • Stringers are inserted into place by operator. Operator places bottom slats against adjustable indexing pins and activates nailing carriage. • After nailing cycle is complete, operator flips pallet over. Indexing pins are then lowered for placement of top slats. After top slats are placed, nailing carriage is again activated. • Stacker Station: • High production standard stacker with (15) height cap. • Assembled pallets are manually pulled from assembly station on back stroke of nailing carriage and onto infeed of stacker. • Lifting fingers are retracted and lowered under pallet. Fingers then extend and lift stack of pallets. • Process is repeated until capacity of stacker is reached. Stack (maximum 3 stacks) is pushed onto a roll-out table and off-loaded with fork lift.
