After sleepless nights of hearing tiny scrabbling noises and the faint rustling of paper, I finally tracked down the culprit—a little mouse, peeking at me from his paper-shredded bed with an innocent look that belied his midnight antics. Armed with a humane trap and a bit of peanut butter, I managed to coax him out from his hiding spot, where he’d apparently been staging a late-night exploration of my RV. Now, with the bag in hand, I took him outside to a cozy patch of grass and gently opened it, watching him dart into the bushes.
