The World's Chillest Man” who lit up a cigarette at gunpoint as his neighborhood bar was being robbed is still chill, more than a year later. Tony Tovar looked cool as a cucumber while the other patrons followed the robber's orders and hit the deck. Tovar works as a master mechanic and continues to patronize the bar where the alleged robbery was held. His boss at the shop says Tovar’s “a conscientious worker. He cares about what he does.
