Food Fusion brings you Turkish Lamacun, Many people also call it Turkish Pizza. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion • Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/381H9zt • Visit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com • Download iOS Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app • Facebook:   / foodfusionpk   • Instagram:   / foodfusionpk   • Twitter:   / foodfusionpk   • Also Follow ‪@HealthyFoodFusion‬ ‪@FoodFusionKids‬for healthy food kids special recipes. • Lahmacun • Recipe in English: • Ingredients: • -Warm water ½ Cup • -Sugar 1 tsp • -Khameer (Instant yeast) ½ tbs • -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 ½ Cups • -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp • -Water ¼ Cup or as required • -Cooking oil 1 tsp • -Beef qeema (Mince) 250g • -Pyaz (Onion) 2 medium • -Tamatar (Tomatoes) 2 medium • -Tomato paste 3 tbs • -Lehsan (Garlic) 4-5 cloves • -Pepperoni/Salami 50g • -Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs (room temperature) • -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp • -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste • -Dried oregano 1 tsp • -Paprika powder ½ tbs • -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ½ Cup • Directions: • -In a small jug,add warm water,sugar,instant yeast and mix well,cover and let it rest for 10 minutes. • -In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt and mix well. • -Add yeast mixture and mix well. • -Gradually add water and knead until dough is formed. • -Add cooking oil and knead dough again,cover and proof dough for 45 minutes or until double in size. • -In chopper,add beef mince,onion,tomatoes,tomato paste,garlic,pepperoni/salami,butter and chop well. • -Add black pepper powder,salt,dried oregano,paprika powder and fresh coriander,mix well set aside. • -Grease hand with oil,dust dry flour and knead dough again until smooth. • -Divide dough into four parts. • -Take one part and make a ball,sprinkle dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin. • -Lined baking tray with butter paper,place rolled dough,add spread prepared filling (makes 4-5). • -Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 12 minutes. • -Serve lahmacun with onion,tomato,fresh coriander and red chilli crushed. • Recipe in Urdu: • Ajza: • -Warm water ½ Cup • -Sugar 1 tsp • -Khameer (Instant yeast) ½ tbs • -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 ½ Cups • -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp • -Water ¼ Cup or as required • -Cooking oil 1 tsp • -Beef qeema (Mince) 250g • -Pyaz (Onion) 2 medium • -Tamatar (Tomatoes) 2 medium • -Tomato paste 3 tbs • -Lehsan (Garlic) 4-5 cloves • -Pepperoni/Salami 50g • -Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs (room temperature) • -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp • -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste • -Dried oregano 1 tsp • -Paprika powder ½ tbs • -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ½ Cup • Directions: • -Chotay jug mein neem garam pani,cheeni aur khameer dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 10 minutes kliya rakh dein. • -Bowl mein maida aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. • -Yeast mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. • -Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein. • -Cooking oil dal ker dough ko dubara ghond lein aur dhak ker 45 minutes ya size double hunay tak chor dein. • -Chopper mein beef qeema,pyaz,tamatar,tomato paste,lehsan,pepperoni/salami aur makahn dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein. • -Kali mirch powder,namak,dried oregano,paprika powder aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein side per rakh dein. • -Haath ko oil sa grease karein aur maida chirak ker dough ko smooth hunay tak ghond lein. • -Dough ko four parts mein divide ker lein. • -Ek part lein aur ball bana lein aur maida chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein. • -Baking tray per butter paper laga lein aur rolled dough rakh ker tayyar filling dal ker pheela lein (makes 4-5). • -Preheated oven mein 200 C per 12 minutes kliya bake ker lein. • -Lahmacun ko pyaz,tamatar,hara dhania aur lal mirch crushed ka saath serve karein!
