Here’s how to troubleshoot a strand of non-working lights on your Balsam Hill™ pre-lit Christmas tree. When you find a light strand out on your artificial tree, it's best to follow these steps for a quick and easy repair. Make sure to have your artificial Christmas tree replacement parts ready at hand. • You will need: • • Replacement Parts Kit (https://www.balsamhill.com/p/replacem...) • • Flat-head screwdriver. • Instructions: • Light Strands • 1. Check that the strand is connected on both ends, to the pole and to the connecting strand. • 2. Make sure it’s not pinched between branches or stuck in a hinge. • 3. Look for any broken, loose, or missing bulbs on the strand. • 4. If you find one, use the bulb remover tool to remove and dispose of the broken bulb. • 5. Replace with another bulb from your replacement parts kit. • 6. If there is a loose bulb, re-seat it into the socket by gently nudging it back into place. • 7. If the bulbs are all intact, the problem may lie with the master bulb. • Master Bulb • 1. Locate the master bulb by following the strand until you find a bulb in a larger plastic casing. • 2. Replace the master bulb with a master bulb from your replacement parts kit. • 3. If this does not work, there could be an issue with the fuse. • Fuses • 1. Locate the male end of the plug and open the slider. • 2. There will be 2 fuses. One active in a metal casing and one spare. • 3. Replace the active fuse with the spare fuse. • 4. More replacement fuses can be found in your replacement parts kit. • For more tree assembly and setup instructions, visit this page: https://www.balsamhill.com/artificial... • • Connect with us: • Facebook:   / balsamhill   • Twitter:   / balsamhill   • Instagram:   / balsamhill   • Pinterest:   / balsamhill   • Blog: https://blog.balsamhill.com • Chapters: • 0:00 General Maintenance • 0:19 Loose or Broken Bulbs • 0:44 Replacing the Master Bulb • 1:03 Fuse Troubleshooting
