These little bites of heaven are laid upon a bed of mint yogurt and can be alternatively made with a lentil tomato sauce to keep it vegetarian, though traditionally the meat sauce is an essential component. My grandmother loves to fill these and freeze them to boil later to have quick dinners on hand. We absolutely love her aushak and I'm excited to share her specialty with you.
