This is quite a long one but I make no apologies for it. • I bought an internal bearing extraction kit to allow me to safely remove the inner needle bearings on the swing arm on my zx9r. • As you will see it was challenging, I may have made mistakes but overall I was successful in extracting the bearings. • These were extracted from a swingarm that I was scrapping so that is why I have it secured in a vice, I was only trying to preserve the bearings. • I was pleased to get them out , I may do another part showing the bearings being pressed in. • Thanks for watching • Zed. • #zx9r #kawasakininja #kawasakizx9r #zedhead
