Sparging Part 2 Finishing the Process

Our wort has been cleared as seen in our previous video and we can now continue the sparging process by beginning to slowly run the wort into our brew pot. Mark adds water to the wort in order to keep the level a couple of inches above the grain bed. As the water filters through the grain bed, it slowly extracts the sugars needed for fermentation.
