I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God. • Galatians 5:19-21. • Thoughts on today's verse: • Galatians 5:19-21 speaks about the acts of the sinful nature, emphasizing behaviors and attitudes that separate individuals from God. These acts are identified as obvious and include sexual immorality, impurity, debauchery, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions, envy, drunkenness, orgies, and the like. The Apostle Paul warns that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God. May my actions and thoughts be pleasing to You, and may I bear the fruit of the Spirit in my daily life. • Gracious God, I ask for Your forgiveness for the times I have given in to selfish ambitions and destructive behaviors. Lead me on the path of repentance and transformation. Surround me with Your grace and mercy, and empower me to live a life that honors You. In Jesus' name, I pray.
