Baked Sushi Recipe My Own Version

Please watch: camp with me (in the wadis of UAE) • • camp with me (in the wadis of UAE) -~- • One of my comfort food. • Baked Sushi Recipe: • Ingredients: • • Nori Snack (Seaweed snacks) • Cooked Rice • Cucumber (minced) • Peaches in can (or ripe mango) (minced) • Fried scrambled egg • cholula (or any hot sauce) • everything but the bagel seasoning or furikake (found something similar on amazon link below) • kewpie (japanese mayo) • mayonnaise • all purpose cream (or half and half or fresh cream) • sesame oil • sugar • salt • rice vinegar • surimi • • Instructions: • 1. slice or chop ingredients finely (peaches, cucumbers, egg) • 2. slice the crab sticks into strips • 3. cook about 3 cups of rice • 4. in a bowl, mix 2 1/2 tsp rice vinegar, pinch of salt and 1 tbsp sugar • 5. add the vinegar mixture to your rice • 6. add about 2 tbsp. sesame oil • 7. Add generous amount of everything but the bagel seasoning to your rice • 8. place the rice on a baking tray • 10. on another (big) bowl, mix about 1/4 cup mayo, 1/8 cup kewpie, 1/2 cup cream, about 3 tsps. cholula or hot sauce (you may add more depending on your spicyness preference) • 8. on your mayo mixture bowl, add the cucumbers, peaches, egg, and surimi, save some crabsticks for toppings. Mix altogether. • 9. you may now add this mixture on top of the rice • 10. add the rest of your crab sticks on top of the rice • 11. Add more kewpie, cholula and seasoning • 12. bake for about 15 minutes • 13. Eat it by placing about 1 tbsp. of the baked sushi rice on your nori sheet.
