My Witcher 3 level 100 tank/Whirl/Rend build is arguably the best Witcher 3 endgame build available. Personally I think it's the best, but then again I'm biased. It can be found here: • • Witcher 3 OP Build with Rend, Whirl a... • However, lots of people ask on Reddit and on various forums what are good builds for starting New Game Plus with. This video shows various options for starting New Game Plus with my build. • The gear is the same for all 3 versions, as it's essentially the same build. • Grandmaster Ursine chest (Levity enchantment), Nilfgaardian Guardman's Gauntlets, Manticore boots and Undvik trousers (level 41 version). Aerondight and Toussaint Knight's Steel sword, both with Severance. Manticore chest and trousers for the skill switching if you're using that. • The 1st version shows what skills to use if you want to start NG+ with 3 of the extra Strengthened Synapse ability slots unlocked. This uses up a lot of ability point to unlock mutations, so it leaves less ability points for skills. With this version, you leave out Undying, Sunder Armour, Fixative and Killing Spree, and get those skills later as you progress through New Game Plus. You also only out 1 point into both Rend and Razor Focus, and finish them later. • The 2-slot version is my preference for starting NG+. You don't put as many points into mutations, so there are more skills points to unlock Fixative/Killing Spree, Sunder Armour and Undying. You out the points from NG+ into maxing out the other skills and unlocking the extra mutations and ability slots. Keep in mind that this setup relies on the Greater Mutagens carrying over to NG+. Some people say that their Mutagens don't carry over properly, although I've never experienced that myself. Consider using the 3-slot version if this happens to you. • Lastly, you can use the Double Ability Glitch, but instead of actually using duplicate abilities, you can put Synergy in the 4th Strengthened Synapse slot, and then use a Potion of Restoration to reset the Mutations. The glitch leaves Synergy in place, so you effectively get a free slot. This is probably the closest I'll ever come to recommending what could be considered a cheat. PLEASE NOTE: The 2 slot version is completely sufficient for dominating NG+ Death March. I easily finished the level 87 Runewright quest on my NG+ when I was level 60. If you're averse to glitches (like I usually am, in actual fact) then use this one. • My reasoning is that if you're using this build, the game is insanely easy even on Death March, so you might as well have the most versatility possible and min-max the heck out of it. If you're looking for a challenge, start Death March from scratch on a new playthrough, because otherwise the game is a cakewalk anyway imho (although it's still incredible!). • You can also use this extra-ability technique to put a green or red ability in the last Strengthened Synapse slot even if you're using a Sign-based mutation like Piercing Cold! I really love this, as I always wished that Piercing Cold allowed the extra slots to be Blue OR Green, because putting the Blue Sign skills in the middle means they're not boosting your Greater Blue Mutagen’s strength, whereas Greater Green Mutagens aren't as good and wouldn't generally be used on my Hybrid builds anyway. • Next up is going to be a video about the basics of Hybrid builds that I like to use, which will lead on to some of the fun, powerful and versatile Hybrid builds that I’ve been playing around with. • Please leave a like if you found this useful, and like/comment/sub for more Witcher 3 videos and builds! • Mad Monkey’s tutorial video for the Double Ability Glitch: • • The witcher 3 blood and wine : Double...
