Cassava cake is the best gift ever. • VLOGMAS Recipe 10 out of 12 for your perfect Filipino Christmas. • All episodes here: • Recipes For A Filipino Christmas • Get your The Fat Kid Inside shirt here http://www.merchby.ph • INGREDIENTS: • For 2 cakes • 4 cups grated cassava • 1/2 stick of butter (room temp) • 1/2 cup white sugar • 1/2 tin evaporated milk • 1 whole condensed milk • 3 whole eggs + 2 egg yolks • 2 1/2 cup of coconut cream • 1/2 cup of coconut water • 1 pinch of salt • 1 cup grated young coconut • 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese • 40 mins at 325 F and then 20 mins additional with the cheese. Cool it down.
