https://thepianopro.com • Make no mistake about it, funk can be a little tricky to learn, but once you get used to the interplay of your two hands (kinda like playing the conga only you're using a keyboard) it is a whole heaping helping of fun. • The best part is that funk grooves are used in gospel, country and rock too, reggae, soul, and R B! • I remember years ago, a country duo called The Kendalls used a clavinet sound in several of their hit songs( Heaven's Just A Sin Away for example) and the syncopated sounds were very similar to funk patterns. • In part 1, I cover just the intro, but the good thing is that the intro is the basis for the verse.
