In this video I will show you the new Ring Alarm Outdoor Siren. This outdoor siren for the Ring alarm is a nice addition to the Alarm Security System. I show you how to setup the siren in the Ring App. Also, the Ring outdoor siren installation. The burglar alarm bell box is shaped like an octagon. The siren is added as part of the Ring security system and can be controlled from within the Ring App adding to your smart home solution. • In this Ring outdoor siren review, I will show how you can use the 3x D Batteries supplied with it as well as the Ring Removable Battery Pack or a Hardwired option and then the Solar powered option. • The Siren has a dusk till dawn or dusk to dawn feature where the logo 'ring' can glow from dusk to dawn. For this to take place you have to have the D Batteries as a power source as well as any of the others. So 2 power sources are required for this feature to work. • The Ring app also allows you to manage the LEDs lights on the unit as well as the volume and duration of the siren when it sounds. If the sound setting it set to silent and the Ring alarm is triggered, the Ring siren will emit a Red LED light around the edges. • There are 5 volume options available.
