The lesson is to learn how to say and use basic greetings in Spanish such as: • Buenos días - Buenas tardes - Buenas noches • We learn additional vocabulary such as: • mañana - tarde - noche • We also see vocabulary associated with parts of the day such as: • la salida del sol - la puesta del sol - la medianoche - el mediodía • la madrugada • This vocabulary is used to help explain the difference between these Spanish greetings. • Then we look at why we use BUENOS with DÍAS while BUENAS is used with TARDES and NOCHES.
