#Casablanca #BertieHiggins #cover • 私の歌動画第五弾はBertie Higginsの名曲Casablancaを友人の木下玲子さんのピアノ伴奏で歌ってみました。米国のDrive-in theaterで不朽の名作映画Casablancaを見ながら芽生えた恋が最後は失恋に終わってしまう、という歌詞です。日本語版は郷ひろみが「哀愁のカサブランカ」という名前で歌いこれまで大ヒットしました。映画の名場面をこの動画にも入れたくて著作権について相当調べました。その結果、さまざまに見解が分かれているという現状に鑑みて今回はその代わりに生成AIでイメージ動画を作成するという新たな選択をしました。こうして苦労して作った動画ですが視聴者のかたはどのように思われるでしょうか？ • My fifth music video on YouTube is a cover of Casablanca by Bertie Higgins with a piano performance by Reiko Kinoshita. With an original idea of incorporating famous scenes from the movie Casablanca (the “Movie”) I have studied copyright issues of the Movie only to find certain copyright claim is still intact even at this point in time well beyond the time horizon it is generally thought to have already been fully protected under the applicable laws. Given such unfortunate limitations we have opted to use generative AI to deliver some image of the Movie. Anyhow, we hope you can enjoy this video.
